VIVIEN CHILEPA WITIKA

Vivien was redesignated as Chief Executive Officer of the NAPSA Staff Pension Scheme in November 2019. Prior to this role, she served as Pension Fund Administrator of the Scheme from 2007 when the Scheme was delinked from the Sponsor National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA).  Vivien served in different departments in both Zambia National Provident Fund (ZNPF) and NAPSA.  Among the departments she served in are Human Resources, Contributions and Benefits, Investments, and Information technology. She has been in the Pensions Industry for 24 years.

Vivien holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Public Administration from the University of Zambia, Post graduate Diploma in Financial Management from National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA), Master of Business Administration from Heriot Watt University UK, Master of Science in Strategic Planning from Heriot Watt University.

Vivien has the following certifications; Chartered Portfolio Manager, CPM (International Academy of Financial Management),Certificate of Business Continuity Institute, CBCI Certified Pension Specialist, CPS (Global Academy of Finance and Management)

She served as Trustee of the ZANACO Staff Pension Scheme from 2013 to February 2021 and is currently a Trustee on  Madison Life Trust Board.

VERNON MAAYA MUTAKA

Finance Manager.

Vernon is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of ACCA, an Associate member of ZICA and holder of a Master of Business Administration in Finance. In addition, he serves as a mentor for ACCA Affiliates under the ACCA Zambia Affiliate Mentorship Program.

Vernon’s career in Finance and Accounting span over 19 years having served in various finance and accounting roles for eleven (11) years at the Workers Compensation Fund Control Board where he also served as Principal Officer for the Staff Pension Scheme. He later served as Funds Finance Manager for a multi-national consulting firm Minet Zambia Consulting (Formerly Aon Zambia) heading the Finance Team for over five (05) years and provided financial consultancy services to more than Eighteen (18) segregated occupational pension schemes and a multi-employer fund with over 40 participating employers.  He later joined NAPSA Staff Pension Scheme as Operations Manager and was recently moved to the role of Finance Manager.
